That sentence is odd. I’m convinced that the writer (I’m not using the word ‘author’) had a word of the day calendar and every day used whatever that word was into her story. Because some of these sentences are just….odd.

Rebloggings of an Insomniac
This is a very random blog with mostly rebloggings done in the middle of the night under severe sleep deprivation. Many of the things you'll find here are posts related to Harry Potter, Supernatural, Sherlock, Doctor Who, Downton Abbey, True Blood, and American Horror Story.
